Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the tools in their original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and batteries are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Outlet

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
